Mahendra Kumar Trivedi turned to scientific research with the driving belief that these unique powers must be rigorously investigated and used for benefit to mankind through scientific collaborations. The impact of his energies (the Trivedi Effect™) has been seen in all kinds of materials, including at the atomic crystalline level, and has special application in the health and agricultural sciences. A study of its unexplained characteristics has enormous potential to provide new insights as well as promote the design of beneficial products and materials, while expanding the boundaries of current science. Many of the current controversies around life energies and consciousness, which were never amenable to scientific investigation in the past, can be resolved through studies using the Trivedi Effect.

The Trivedi Foundation awards grants to projects which are designed to either make use of the Trivedi Effect or to investigate its impact in any field, including in agriculture, microbiology, health sciences, material sciences and pure sciences and also any projects to investigate his physiology in a non-invasive manner. Grants may also cover indirect costs up to a limit of 20%.
